THANKS!I had researched quite a number of different places to get my engagement ring made all around Melbourne and the... rest of Australia. The guys at Cullen Moissanite really went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted within the modest budget my fiance and I had. My brother (a geologist) recommended I look into moissanite becuase of how beautiful they are, how much they sparkle in the sun and the fact they are more durable than a lot of other stones (eg. ruby's & sapphires).The correspondence was really easy with most of it able to be done over email. Responses were timely and they were always up to answer any questions I had along the process. We also visited their office in Kew which was tidy, welcoming and intimate. It was lovely to be the only guests there and not feel like we were sharing time with any other couples. I gave them an idea and sent a few photos of the type of ring I wanted (1.5 carat oval solitaire with a hidden halo), they made it exactly as I had asked and the draft diagrams they provided were invaluable to help me visualise the end product. They also provided me with education about why their design would contribute to longevity of the stone and the band.My ring was made very quickly (within 2 weeks) and although my fiance picked it up in person, we could have chosen to have it safely posted out.Although most of my engagement has been in lockdown, I always get compliments on the ring they made by anyone I catch up with. It is very comfortable while also being very sparkly and has high attention to detail. For something similar with a diamond to cost over $15,000 I am very happy with my moissanity version that cost around $2,000.I would recommend anyone who is looking for great quality jewellery with a high turn-around to contact Cullen Moissanite. My fiance and I will be heading back to get our wedding bands made by them as well!read more
